  1. This is so TRUE. I know because I’ve had 4 heart attacks–AND AS OF DECEMBER 2019, I have 4 stents in the heart. 2 in the LAD & 2 in the RCA. Plus the bottom 25% of heart is 100% dead! This attack is known as the “the widow maker” because only 5% live through this type of heart attack. So, I was one of the lucky ones. What caused it was smoking for almost 20 years plus A LOT OF STRESS. I worked as a general contractor for over 20+ years doing major rehabs on apartment complexes, making schedules, budgets, specifications, contacts, bid books, and run the whole job. in short, I did the whole thing start to finish, plus setup and run the turnkey operation. Is it easy? NO. But, doing a $500,000 to $3,00,000 major rehab/remodel job on an apartment complex and fully complete the whole job in 120-150 days or less with quality workmanship on the whole job, takes a lot of planning and work before the job ever starts, plus teamwork from the subs, suppliers and all your own workers, getting the job done right & on time.—- and that’s what I did for years. I made good money, but I had a lot of stress!
About 1 year before the first massive heart attack, I would have a short, stabbing pain in the chest, and KEPT IGNORING IT! I thought it was indigestion and ignored it! Then, that day came–I was to have a meeting and finalize a big contract, but instead, I took 2 steps and fell to the floor feeling like an elephant was stepping on top the chest & it kept getting worse. I woke up 4 days later in the hospital and found out I missed death by 10 minutes. But, because I ignored the warning signs—the little sharp chest pains were small blood clots! it also killed 25% of the heart. So, the bottom part of the heart is dead. With a rejection factor of 30-40%, it hurts to lift anything over 40 pounds. If I do, I take a nitro. Things I took for granted like walking, running, heavy lifting, I now can’t do because the heart cannot beat fast enough to pump the blood to the muscles.
So, DON’T DO WHAT I DID AND IGNORE THE WARNINGS & if you do smoke–quit. See your doctor, because it could mean a big difference and I don’t want anyone to got though way I have. I ignored the chest pains, and othe signs and because I did, I missed death by 10 minutes! Now, I never let it get that far! Most people die with 1 heart attack! So, if you’ve had any of these warning signs, get it checked out.
    Good Luck!
