But the fact of the matter is that there are so many habits that people do that are not helping their overall health.

Listening To Music Too Loudly
If you blast your music through your headphones, you will be hurting your ears and your hearing will suffer. You can deafen yourself if you keep doing that. Therefore, don’t blast music. Put the volume up enough so you can hear it but don’t blast the music either.
Binging On TV Show That Do Nothing For The Mind
It is important to wind down each night after a day of work but what if all you do all day is binge in meaningless TV shows that don’t stimulate your mind? That will cause your mind to turn into ‘jello’ and that will have an effect on the rest of your body which means it can cause premature aging. It is fine to do that to wind down after a long day, but not excessively.
Not Getting That Quality Zzzz!
How many of you can confidently say that you get 7 to 8 hours of quality sleep a night? Or if you don’t, how many of you can take the time to nap during the day? The problem is that you need that sleep in order to recharge and regenerate yourself. If you don’t get enough sleep, your body will not recharge and regenerate itself. This will contribute to many illnesses coming up as well as premature aging.
Living A Sedentary Lifestyle
The fact of the matter is that in order to stay healthy and to stay young is to be active and get your body moving. You need to exercise to stay strong and healthy. Living a sedentary lifestyle is only making you unhealthy and is contributing to your aging early on. You need really no more than a half-hour a way of walking briskly in order to stay healthy.
Focusing On Old Unhelpful Thoughts
It is easy to get stuck in the past but if that is all you think about all day, negative things that happened to you over time, that is bad for your mind and overall well-being. Not Sleeping On Your Side
If you sleep on your belly or your back, you are increasing your chances of developing neurological diseases such as Alzheimer’s and it is not good for your overall health. You will want to sleep on your side as it lowers the risk of those age-related ailments.
Not Doing Yoga
Yoga has so many benefits that you will want to know about. Those stretching exercises help cleanse your body and mind. If you don’t do those at all, you are allowing the unhealthy clutter to take over your mind and body, and overall health. Do some yoga poses each day to maintain your health.
Your Beliefs That Life Will Only Get Worse
If you keep thinking that your life is just ‘downhill’ from where you are, then you are manifesting that truth which means you will not take care of yourself. And you really will end up aging quicker than you are meant to with that belief! Changing your belief about this will help you a lot.
Heating Your Home Too Much
When it is a cold winter day, you will want to put the heat up strongly. But if you do that, you are actually causing your skin to become inflamed as it sucks the moisture out of the air which means your skin will age prematurely from this, You will want to put a humidifier in your home if you must put the heat on.
Slouching At Your Desk Is Harmful
If you are slouching at your desk at work which many people do, that can cause more than just aches and pains. Poor posture such as that will lead to your spine going out of alignment which will lead to ailments that are age-related such as displaced disks in the back. Sit up straight while sitting and try to be mindful of it.
Holding Grudges
No one is telling you that you have to forgive those who have harmed you. But if you can forget about them and live your life without giving them a thought, then you will not allow those thoughts to eat you up inside. Because holding grudges and thinking about those who had harmed you will only bring on problems that will put your health on the line!
Poor Stress Management Skills
Allowing yourself to be overwhelmed with stress will only cause you to age prematurely and will end up putting a strain on your cardiovascular system. Winding down after a stressful day is important as well to stay healthy.
Unhealthy Eating
This one is a giveaway. Eating too much dessert, processed food, trans fats, simple carbs, will only cause weight gain, and increase your chances of developing heart disease, diabetes, and cancer. It is fine to treat yourself sometimes, but indulging too often will age you prematurely.
