But you will want to cut out sugary drinks, candy, pastries, sugary cereals, and anything else with added sugar from your diet. Again, if you want to enjoy a candy bar or ice cream once in a while, that is fine as long as you take care of your body the rest of the time.
You will want to look for natural sweeteners such as stevia for sweetening your coffee or tea. Look for healthy alternatives to replace sugary foods with because that will save your liver.
